Delivery Information


Your order will be delivered to the cargo within a maximum of 3 working days from the day you place the order. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. You can follow the order delivery stages from the My Orders section of the My Account section.

For Your Order Change Requests: Your order must enter the change process within a maximum of 3 days from the day it reaches you. In exchange, the shipping fee (30 ₺) when your order comes to us by you, and the shipping fee (30 ₺) when it goes back to you by us is your responsibility. Shipping charges for defective product shipments, for which our company is responsible, belong to us.


For Your Order Cancellation Requests


If your order is in the Preparation stage, if your product has not yet been delivered to the Cargo authorities, send a message to our support team on +90 533 926 08 59 or  ilkincopuroglu@gmail.comYou can report it by sending an e-mail to  address. Your order will be canceled during the day. Products purchased with a campaign cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded. The stock is limited for the products with the campaign. Cancellation, exchange and  refund cannot be performed if the product is out of stock when the customer places an order.

 

For Custom Design Products

We do not have the option of exchange or return in custom-designed products, as the product is specially produced for you!

Fee Refund Process


Your returned product will be examined by İlkin Çopuroğlu "Artandroam" officials and it will be investigated whether it complies with the return conditions. The return of the products that comply with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be deposited in your bank within 10 working days. It may take 7-15 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account due to bank procedures.

• The product(s) must be sent to us in its original packaging undamaged, unused and undamaged as a result of misuse.
• You must send the sales invoice of the product.
• The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.



Return, Exchange Address

Thanks to the return code we will give you, you will not need to provide address information at the cargo branch.
